No Turnraise! I don't think that he's ever going to fold a pair on the Turn as he got outs and you could semibluff etc. Unless you hit Qx you can't represent that much and you still have outs so 3bet would suck. Your hand is just too strong for a semibluff because he will either have any pair that he's certainly showing down and when he's got a draw you are ahead anyway and raising turn and betting river, investing 2more BB just for the small chance to make him fold a pair it's not profitable. On the River you should just check behind. He did certainly have the worse hand. As no straightdraw got there you should call the River as well, given you did just call and not raise the Turn.
