I use HEM but I think it's the same with every tracker.
Pro's: It gives you a slight 'edge' in some cases and because of the tracker you can play bigger number of tables.

Con's and thats just for me don't know about the other ppl. I base stuff to much to the stats and I don't read the ppl as often anymore... I should work on that.

the PokerStrategy.com Elephant, PokerTracker and Hold'em Manager all basically fill the same function, made with various customizations and features.
PokerEdge however, uses a shared database and is prohibited on many poker rooms and could get your accounts banned by using it.
