how do i add pictures/photos to forum posts

You upload the image to an image hosting site (e.g. imageshack.us), you copy the link of the image you uploaded, you press the Insert image button (which is above the box where you write your post) and you paste the link. Hope that helped

As acetbfish pointed out, you will need to host the image on any of the various hosting websites out there, such as ImageShack or PhotoBucket.

Once you have done this, they will give you some links, usually called "Forum Codes" Simply copy and paste that here, and its done!

You can also use the "Direct Link" For example:

This show a picture, click the "Insert Image" button in your post, paste this link in, and the image will appear

You can also put Tags either end as the example bellow:
