I would shove cuz i have FE and your hand is suited and play well vs their range

Your sample sizes are not great so the stats are not very reliable. Here u are basically deciding if u will 4Bet or fold. Calling will only leave u with more questions than answers about ur hand strenght after the other two players take their action.

I would recommend putting in a 4Bet of 3k with a view to call the MP3's shove and folding vs. CO's shove. U have a lot of fold equity vs. the CO and u are still left with about half ur stack if u end up getting it in vs MP3 and lose. Folding is also a decent option because of the fact that this is a regular tournament with longer blind levels. Because of this u can expect to find urself in more situations (most of which will be simpler than this one) where u will be able to pick up chips.
