as played, c/f River unless you think he has Ad or Kd very often and will bluff with those hands. The looser he is with chasing draws and the higher his river aggression the more I'm thinking about bluff catching.

If this guy is more passive and will play draws passively and not raise flushes on the turn, then I will be more inclined to fold.

I would prefer to check and fold the turn vs most players, while checking to call against someone who likes to stab the turn after everyone checks twice.

and I would c/c the river if it goes check check check again on the turn.

Just Check/Fold it, there is not much value on the river anyways. If he had bigger stack we might consider block-bet/Folding to get value from Ace highs.
