Starting capital

I have waited since 13.april for my starting capital for PokerStars. I haven't yet received it. I have watched my e-mail and the spam for any e-mail for ID-check but none has come. What could be the problem?

Hello Kytt99,

I am not sure why the ID mail did not arrive as it was sent out. Simply send ID information to security@pokerstrategy.com from the E-mail you signed up with and your account will continue being processed.

I make just a picture of my ID and send to the e-mail?

Correct Preferably both front and back if your ID has 2 sides.
