Fold pre. Raise flop.

J9s is good enough to open MP pf.
I think you´re against here often against set or two pair. I would fold.
You´ll beat bluff and busted flushdraw- not sure that tpmk is good enough to call it down.

this. but i fold preflop, b/c we're getting 3bet by CO and BU too much to open our range so much to include J9s. this is vs unknown.

with your reads, if you think a bluff is enough of his range you can call, because an overbet is rarely for value.

Seriously, why would i raise flop?

No way does this type of villian play a set this fast, I think this is a tiny part of his range.

J9s is fine depending on table dynamics imo. I had nits to my left and stations in the blinds.

i would fold this from MP with stations in the blinds . as played i think i would fold river . i dont think a station goes bet bet overbet when he misses flush draw . he could take this line with 66 77 or 88 puting you on high cards but i would still fold to an overbet ...

Why would you fold with stations in the blinds? Ideal situation is to have position on a deep stacked station.

yes but you need some fold equity to make this raise with 4 people after you to act (even if 2 are nits) profitable too ...
