Nah, I wouldn't say so that it's weak. We didn't invest much into the pot anyways and neither have much information on the guy. If we thought that he is capable of raising with a lot of hands and maybe even included 88/99/draws etc type of hands then I would just continue here with Call or either 3bet.
Calling is the reason cause we have the K:c and we can hit a re-draw on the turn and still keep even his range wide, without K:c just get it in on the flop or fold it.
