Preflop: Hero is BB with J:h, T:c.
UTG folds, UTG1 calls $40.00, 4 folds, CO calls $40.00, BU calls $40.00, BB calls $20.00, Hero checks.

Flop: ($140) 7:h, 6:h, J:d (5 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $150.00, UTG1 calls $150.00, CO folds, BU folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($440) A:h (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG1 bets $375.00, Hero folds, UTG1 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $440.

Decided to lead the flop because had top-pair with decent kicker and to protect from the draws , turn ends flush draw and brings an ace so I check and he bets , don't know what to do here so I fold.

Hi all,

No good, our hand isn't good enough to lead this flop IMO. I prefer check/evaluating, and putting money in on blank turns instead.

As played turn looks fine against that betsize.
