assume UTG raising range to be AT+, 22+ imo. anyway, AQs is an easy 3-bet preflop. As played, again easy raise on the flop. Only hands that beat you are AK, KK and the rare AA and QQ. If he 3-bets the flop, then...well it depends on reads, either shove or fold imo
If you 3-bet preflop, then go broke with 2 pair

I would 3-bet even against very titgh players, since they probably bet/fold with TT or JJ ♦
I would probably call him down depending on his aggression level.

I'd calldown..even though I can't find many hands we can have value from (AJ/AT maybe) for more than two streets

But that's more or less the only hand (AJ), he would consider to fire a second barrel and even with this hand I really doubt that a TAG (I assume he is a TAG when I don't have any stats he buys-in for 100BB) would raise UTG and 2nd barreling so high on the turn after my call on the flop. Because I showed some strength by calling his bets so far. It looks more like a protection against draws than a bluff.
I think, calling here is not profitable on the long term.

preflop action was not that clear.
so first of all I'd have 3-bet him preflop with AQs.
Then I'm fine loosing my stack with 2 pair.

Also consider that he can hold KQ as well..

I also prefer 3-betting as you get control of the hand. If you play it deceptive by just calling, you should not fold the turn, as he may bet a lot of weaker aces again.
