I've just discovered HEM1 isn't archiving my pokstrs tourney histories.
1. is there any way of retrieving the histories (600 or so)?
2. how do I fix this? (NB HEM is set to archive - just doesnt seem to be doing it!)
If anyone can help me find my histories and sort this out for me, I'll happily review a SnG for them!

Support can get you as many as you want assuming the Requests menu in the PokerStars client doesn't work.
They might also still be in your Stars hand history folder?
C:\Users\[Windows Username]\AppData\Local\PokerStars\TournSummary\[Stars Username]
