He raises the CO and I decide to call? Donno why I did that.

I flop the nut-gutshot draw on a paired board and decide to call again. I feel he'll c-bet with pretty much everything.

Turn:
On the turn I hit my gutshot and checks. If he has a hand he'll bet again and then I check raise. He will probably call with hearts and maybe stubborn overpairs?

River:
River I check/call as I see no point in betting.

Probably a solid fold pre-flop and definitely flop...
