Villain is a weakish tag, 19/14 or so, I don't consider him a "good" player, i.e. he makes bad moves and misses value etc...anyhoo, let me explain:
He calls preflop: his range is mostly pocket pairs, probably a bunch of suited connectors as well.
Check/raise on the flop: I basically put him on a bluff here. The only sensible hand he could have is 66. I strongly doubt he'd play QT, and he wouldn't check/raise KQ (if he even calls that PF). Thus I call.
He checks. I'm now 93.74% sure he's bluffing, so I decide to just take the pot here, not wanting to give him a free card in case he was semi-bluffing or if he has overcards, etc...
River: he'd probably bet a flush, but I'd rather see his hand than bet
