If he is bluffing then he will fold if we 3bet, if he is raising to find out where he is he can fold when we 3bet the flop and if he is 3betting with what he thinks is a monster then we are probably behind this range.
I would elect to flat call and keep calling down, if he is bluffing he can pick up straight or flush draws or even pairs giving him showdown value and hands that will call at least one more street, by 3betting the flop we would take all the bluffs out of his range as on this texture I don't see somebody re re re raising with a total airball and their are no semi bluffs as the flop is extremely dry.
