Really don't like the limp preflop, I don't think you should ever be doing this in a 6 max game, especially not in position.

On the flop usually you are absolutely crushing here with top set and an outside straight draw plus 2 backdoor flush draws. I don't understand why you would want to mash the pot bet button and force out all the hands that have poor equity against you.

I would lead out for $3 on the flop (unless I was absolutely certain BTN would cbet here). This flop being checked back would be an awful result for you and I wouldn't risk it happening.

This half pot bet might lead to a bluffraise from someone with a straight draw at which point you can just stack off...

On the turn well you have a ton of equity against an obvious JT, even with BTN to act behind you...

You can't fold the turn.

You're being priced in to improve to a full house/flush

Obviously if UTG has QQ then that would be super sick for you but I would treat that as a set up.
