Pot or check the flop, don't try to be balanced here this is a scary board.

Likewise the turn card changes nothing. If you think you're ahead bet full pot, otherwise check.

On the river, the way you've played the hand, all you can do is fold. There are a lot of wrap hands here that have made 2 pair or better. The only hand you beat is if he has 876x. Every other hand that calls the flop has improve to beat your pair of aces.

There is nothing wrong with 3 betting preflop then check/folding the flop when the board looks horrible for you.
