I sent a picture of mine holding my ID card. However, that picture was not be accepted. Can i send another one to complete the ID check.

Sorry to hear your picture wasnt accepted if you write a ticket to the Customer Support team they can advise you on if you can send a better quality photo, or what to do next, you can write a ticket by clicking the following link:
