I feel pretty good about the fold - can't 3bet, don't really like to call it against that many opponents.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BU with K:h, A:s.
MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (8.4 SB) Q:h, Q:s, A:c (4 players)
BB bets, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, Hero folds, BB calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (7.2 BB) 2:c (3 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, MP3 bets, BB calls, MP2 calls.

River: (10.2 BB) 6:h (3 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, MP3 bets, BB calls, MP2 calls.

Final Pot: 13.2 BB.

Results follow:

BB shows two pairs, aces and queens(Ad Tc).
MP2 shows two pairs, aces and queens(8s Ah).
MP3 shows a full-house, twos full of queens(2d 2h).

MP3 wins with a full-house, twos full of queens(2d 2h).

I don't feel pretty good about this fold. He could have Qx but players on these limit use to slowplay trips very often and you have top kicker. He could just raise Ax to get an information where he's at. So i would not 3bet but just coldcall and proceed passively and in case it gets raised on the Turn you can muck your hand but flopraise just represents too many worse hands that you ain't supposed to fold already on the flop. The hand where you had A9 i saw a similar stupid play by your opponent. He did entirely overplay with 33 and this guy seems to be one of the same kind. Don't give too much credit to players who may not know what they're actually doing.

Would you really? I must say I was tempted, kinda hated to cold call against 2 opponents because then you are never sure what you have on the turn.

My own (mis)fortune with such calldowns could affect my play. I remember only one happy ending with this type of situation :f_p:

Yes I really wanted to cap flop. you have a strong hand and the others could have so many different hands and draw like KJ, JT. there is no flush draws out there etc etc. On the flop you are only beat by 4 cards in total AA and the two remaining Queens.. thats 4 cards. out of a whole deck(they have holecards too yes but we still dont know what cards they have so i say a whole deck because we dont know their cards) where you hold one Ace. right.

So in this spot i would cap , bet turn and call down to a raise .. If they 3b and cap turn i could not willingly fold my top pair top kicker.

It's certainly not a cap on the flop. It's just a calldown because one of'em does have Qx too often and if you cap you just make them fold a worse Ax and you just induce more action from Qx. Sometimes it might end up to your favour and you're getting paid off by worse Ax but Mp2 could also have slowplayed trips and Mp3 limped Preflop so he's not likely to have a strong Ax and he raises the flop. And it's very unusual that MP3 raises with KJ or just a gutshot once someone donked into 4 players. Just coldcall and achieve the showdown as cheap as possible.

these stakes its certainly not unusual seeing people raise with KJ .. I must say. these guys calll down with 9 high. one card backdoor straight draws call down. so i say that is very likely.

yesterday i had a guy cap flop and call down on a ATK board with 52o
