$1.50 SnG Early Phase AQo in BB

Any help here would be hugely appreciated. Mainly, I was confused by the absence of a continuation bet from the SB, leading me to believe he didn't hit the flop. I'm also not certain if calling was wise in the first place. I had no reads on my opponent (he doubled up in the previous hand, pushing with 2pair (KKQQ) on the flop against one opponent.)

Hi, guys,

and thanks to angalius for converting this hand.

Preflop, we can also 3bet with the intention of stacking off with AQ being the absolute bottom vs an unknown, but I prefer calling as well. We have positional advantage, we keep the worse Ax in his range.

Postflop- I don't think anybody will c/c Kx here, not to mention better, so I believe we have the best hand quite often. Board is however drawy and our opponent might as well c/c draws and worse Qx on 2 streets. So I like betting the flop for protection/value. I will size my bet a bit smaller though- like 85-90. This way we don't give him the right price to outdrawn us, but it doesn't look as scary as 100, so we get more calls.

Turn- well, it brought another FD and I think vs someone this passive(villain), it's better to bet again and extract value from his draws/worse pairs-maybe he check/calls A6 f.e. I will also size my bet a bit smaller. It's ok if you, however, have a read that he is a huge station.

River- I think checking behind is not bad, hard to get value from worse, maybe we can make a very smallish 1/3-1/4 pot bet trying to get a worse Qx to call, but that's about it.
