I wouldn't cap preflop 3 ways. We've raised from EP and MP 3-bet which reps some strong hands. Typically I expect to have an equity disadvantage, but this is especially true against a player with such a tight raising range. Sure he's short stacked, but that might not be a big factor if he often plays short.

If capping were appropriate preflop then postflop is good, but its only appropriate where he has a wide range. My guess is that he 3-bets 7% and the worst hand he can have on the turn is ATs. 88-99, KTs+, AQo+, ATs+... we can't fold but I would rather check/call.

I would not cap either and given that my opponent had the initiative, i would just checkraise him all-in because you have to pay off anyway and if he's worse he may check back but probably jamming allin with any2 cards. As played easy bet Turn and it goes all-in. I guess his ranger is much wider and it goes all in anyways. Not a big difference at all.
