First i like your flopplay. Raise immidiately is fine because when we take a look on SB's Range. If he'S got 88 99 he may check the Turn. The same with hands like KQ AQ AK so it would be a little too much to raise his second turnbet against 2 opponents. You'll get an honest respond from SB on the Flop. If he 3bets you're certainly drawing but just calling down would be too weak as well but still: The main argument for raising is that he's certainly going to check with a lot of hands being still unimproved.

Turn is a bad card as AK KQ and AQ improves with this hand and once he did 3bet preflop and just called the flop it's very likely he's got one of those. The only hands he could be playing that line: AT 88 99 but that's it. But to be honest: I think he would very often donk the Turn with KQ AK and just checkraise with AQ but i would even play donk/3bet with AQ. I don't mind taking a freecard there but it's ok to bet with second pair and still an OESD. The question on the River is whether he might have just called with AK and KQ because the board is scary and provides a lot combinations that beat a single pair.

I forgot to consider A8 A9 on the Turn so given he'd bet AQ Kx most of the times it's an easy bet Turn.

Furthermore i doubt that he's gonna call 88 99. Just AT.But it'S 10/20 cent. Sometimes he'S got trips but most of the times you're supposed to be ahead. Bet :)
