Ok, many mistakes here.
He is a TAG player, his opening range from UTG is pretty small and he is going to play 4bet/fold against your 3bet.
Imagine he opens 66+ AQ+ or something like this, when you 3bet your making him fold everythinf except his 4bet range. That probably is something like AK KK+ since your 3betting range from MP should be the tightest possible.
So everytime you 3bet him you are loosing value:
- if he folds you win a small pot with a powerful hand
- if he 4bets he is probably stonger than you and you should fold. Again throwing money with a powerful hand.
Calling 4bet (with 100x effective stacks) is in absolute one of the worst moves you can do in poker: you are playing face up since you do that only with something like TT JJ QQ or AK, so that's an easy read for your oppo.
And what's the plan for your hand? Are you ready to broke if board comes xxx? You put so much dead money in the pot that you are already committed.
You can sometimes call 4bet with AA if oppo is very aggro and he is 4betting light, but generally avoid that.
So, best move is flat preflop and play poker IP.

Preflop: Why do you 3bet in first place vs tight UTG range? If you went for a 3bet then why do you Call the 4bet? Didn't you 3bet for value? You can't set-mine here, why do you Call?
