What are the odds to win a hand with TT against 2 vilains who call your pre flop all in? Prety small I'd say but this time worked. Was this all in correct?

I would just bet $3.00 as the strategy says.

UTG+1 is a complete maniac btw, hope you put him in your buddy-list.

Oh, a bit missplayed.

1) only two limpers!
2) you have position!

I would've raised $2.5 at this spot - you can raise 3BB+1/limper from BU and 3.5BB+1/limper from CO to make your steals cheaper and also not to be commited postflop with such a hand.

btw: I like that UTG+1 ;) he must've been delighted seeing such a flop ;) hopefully he didn't make it.
