It's not out of question, but there are two things I don't like about this push (maybe even three 
):
1) You have nearly full stack. With 19bb's it may be better to just raise it the normal way.
2) There are still four player behind who can have monsters and there were an utg limper who can have god knows what.
3) You have position on your limpers. In such a case it's better to raise than push - you need to take advantage of your position, not toss it!
So, when would it be a good move?
1) a bit lower stack ($6-8 perhaps)

I think that this point is irrelevant since we should push AQ against a reraise because of the bet: remaining stack ratio. At least I'm never folding it preflop after already putting 7BBs in the pot.
...but I totally agree that we should take advantage of the position. So normal raise indeed!

Don't you think you can get uncovered by pushing weaker hands and reraising premium ones?
well, I am pushing pre-flop different ranges based on position, situation, stack size
its kinda tough to exploit
especially, given the level of players and players pool
but if somebody did, i would readjust my range
there's also the chance that UTG and UTG+1 will limp with monsters, so really, you will only get called by a hand that beats AQ...
