I raised preflop to get rid of BB.
Flop is standard c-bet.
Turn I choose between c/f or b/f. I chose the last one.
On river I c/c to allow him to bluff me.

Correctly or wrongly played?

Bet pot on turn. No draws complete, so I assume you're ahead on turn so you can bet for value. River c/c is fine to induce a bluff from a busted draw.

Everything looks fine to me. You could consider a checkraise on the turn but I don't mind how you played this. You should probably consider betting more on the turn so that you can get stacks in on the river.
