I agree with your play overall, and turn is almost automatic, I think.

Preflop : I would bet 4bb, $0.20, from MP, but $0.17 is also O.K.

Flop : cbet 2/3 pot is standard.

Turn : Hero is ahead in most cases. 2/3 pot is standard. However, if SB c/r, I would fold most of the hands. If SB is an average regular, his call on PF would be Ax or pair, flop could be a pair (probably ace) or flush draw. On turn, he could have:

1) A pair only and floated flop
2) Flush draw and top pair
3) AQ or AJ two pair made on flop
4) Set or broadway

If SB has 4), he would bet out turn to protect himself against flush draw, and I think 2) or 3) is most likely what he has. Even we suspect 1), it's not an empty bluff. There should be enough reason to believe that SB has bluff, even though he knows that hero would never fold aces up or nut flush draw. This is not a spot that a weak player makes this c/r often.

Easy fold on the turn, you are very often going to be at least 2pairs+ there in those situations and rarely going to be far-far ahead.
