They're free.
The ones you want to check out are the ICM trainers.
They'll make most sense if you use them in connection with the SnG articles from the strategy section.

There is also Sit 'n Go Wizard, which does cost $$, but does a fair bit that is worthwhile -- and it integrates into Holdem Manager.
