Without any read Im donking turn.Reasons for these are:
1.you are still good very often,sure he can have straights or sets but also worse 2 pair,Tx,SDs,... and even if you get raised these hands will still be there . If you c/r and he 3bets its much more ugly as now he is really showing strength but folding rive vs unknown in huge pot will not be possible on any rivercard.
2.his IP action is often a sign of a draw.Many players will cap flop with draws(on this board mostly 6x,Jx) with intention of taking a freecard on turn...by donking you prevent that
3.just calling down seems a bit weak.You would I assume play this same line with AA and obviously 9T is much much stronger
I would donk the Turn as well for the mentioned reasons. Cap IP is too often a draw or a hand like 87. Pair with a draw or QJ or if he doesn't take a freecard on the turn, he may intend a cheap showdown with JT. He bets the Turn again and checks back the River maybe. And if you're getting raised again when you donk the Turn, you should just call it down because he's not supposed to raise enough worse hands. 97 T7 but if you weigh up the straightcombos like J8 and 68 you'll see that the straightcombos dominate his handrange.
