Opponent was unknown to this point, only played ~20 hands against him, didn't see his cards once.

As for the play: I should've 3bet the flop right? Raise on the turn was partially because of flush draw - was it ok? Also, did I miss value bet on the river? When I didn't get the flush, his flop raise was on my mind.

Looking back at it, kinda terrible play by me. Would still love to get some feedback.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

You should not be worried about the Jack that much. You always got to considere where he openraised from. In this case he did openraise from UTG and you've been scared that he might go for a checkraise with 9x but are that many 9x hands in his range? I don't think so. Let's just analyse which hands he could be checkraising and of course we also have to determine a callingrange, consisting of worse hands. And we should assume that he's not going to checkraise just 2pair because you may have the flush in his perception and though you never have 9x in his range, i guess he could think you do.

By the way: You should also raise the Turn without the Flushdraw

Board: 8♦3♦7♠ T♦ J♣
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    62.29%  61.52%   0.77% { KK-JJ, 99, A8s, K8s, JTs, J8s, T9s, 97s+, A8o, K8o, T9o, 98o }
MP3    37.71%  36.94%   0.77% { KK }

This could be his range. You don't have a valuebet any more. We could still add hands like 86 and a few more pairs but the equity impact isn't as sufficient as it has to be. If he's the absolute callingstation, even paying off with A7 or 76 you should bet but if he didn't lose his mind he should not be calling too much worse. So a check is a valid option i think.

Suggestions?
