Firs of all do you like the c/raise OTF? Or is it better to go for a donkbetting line in this spot multiway?

As played, are you betting the turn? This fish seemed pretty passive, judging from his low AF, but not sure how reliable that stat is, and I had not been involved in any big pots with him so had not good reads really..

If we bet I guess we are trying to fold out a draw, OESD, guthsot, FD or some sort of pair. The thing is though that we cant even be certain this seemingly passive guy even bets those OTF in the first place, so we could just as well be up against a very strong range with zero FEQ..

But we do not know, and we need very little FEQ to make a bet profitable here so - bet?

And how about sizing? Bet big so that he wont call off with a draw?

Flatting preflop is just fine, i would lead this flop most of the time since it is 4way and this flop did not hit utg range very hard.

I would like to see a potsize raise here otf instead of the 3x raise. You have a 15 out draw and against the biggest part of the co range you should be ahead (i think he could have an overpair in this spot since he is so passive). With your raise size Co has to to put in 14 bucks to win a 41 dollar pot (you do the math ;)

When he just flats ip i woul put him on a a draw , if you do c/r the flop you should always lead this turn, but he is kinda station with 35% wtsd so i could go with a flat and still get his stack when you hit otr.

I think staking off on this flop is a bad idea, hence I would play x/c.

If we lead and get raised we know we are against set/overpair/maybe A high fd. Maybe we like when we get called, but don't think people are going to cc lightly on this flop with it being multiway and us leading.
