Not sure about my line here.. I should be ahead on flop and turn with my huge draw but the problem on the turn is that I'm OOP and I don't know if I'm ahead even if I improve... I take another stab on the turn nevertheless to make a draw fold, on the river I have some SDval so I think I'm c/c river.

I either bet the River again (4$) as a bluff because TPNK is useless in PLO or check/fold. People are too passive on uPLO & bluffcatching does not work as often as NLHE

I can also see myself raising small preflop to increase my leverage

Looks fine to me. When you bet this turn card, you are never getting raised so you can bet for value against draws and keep the pressure on stronger made hands to fold (such as AQ)
