I would either call or fold to his Riverraise depending if you think he will raise worser full houses or think you are bluffing since u bet this small.

I would never shove as mostly you only get called by the nuts

UTG didn't pot raise the river which is a small indication you might be good. I would find it very hard to fold to the raise and certainly think calling is probably correct here. If you did shove, I am not sure villain can fold J9 or even TT so there could be a very small amount of value in shoving, but calling is probably better in this spot.

Potting the river and folding to a shove might also be an okay line to take, though given you potted the turn villain may well shove a worse full house for value thinking you're betting a straight.
