I usually I dont fold such hands but this time I thought that the cold 3better had 2 pair at least. I knew CO might have raised with a straight draw, but SB seemed to me soooo passive I couldnt imagine that he could 3bet a top pair here, overpair maybe, but thats just 88 what I had beat, so really I thought it was a 2pair+.

Do you think I shoudve called down ?

Hi!

This cant really be a good fold and si quite bad in fact. You have a hand that vs 2 normally agressive players is ahead a decent portion of the time and even when behind is has a gutshot and set outs as well. On top of that you are getting 1:8 to call here which with implied odds is enough for your gutshot already.

I would in fact cap this. When CO raises flop his range is quite wide and you mostly have him beat except 2 pair or straights(I think he slowplays these quite often). Then moderatly passive Sb 3bets and again I think he doesnt have straight that often. With 1,5AF he can still do it with 7x,some pair+SD combo,88 or even wider sometimes. All in all you equity is far better than you think and if anything you have to at least call but I like to cap since I consider to have above 33% edge here.

Thanks after viewing it again I also had the thought that the fold was bad, but in that very moment I thought for a monster type hand at SB. Previously I did not see him 3betting postflop at all, however I did not play against him too much . Anyway, thanks for the analysis.
