I just can't seem to find a suitable hand converter. I play on Titan poker (iPoker) and i use Holdem Manager 2. Every hand converter I've tried displays some sort of an error...

Try this:
In HM2 open the hand viewer.
At the bottom left, there is a dropdown next to a button labelled "Export"
When you click the dropdown, you can choose "Pokerstrategy",
When you click the export button, the hand should be on your clipboard ready to paste into a forum post.
if you get an error doing that, let us know exactly what the error says, and we might be able to figure things out.
