Personally I would fold this here, I don't feel A9o is good enough with 2 short stacks at the table that has to move rather qucikly or they are out. I feel you still have too many chips compared to the avg to make this a good shove. I would personally look for a better risk/reward spot. I would say I ship A9o here around 8% and it is solely read dependent.

If everybody had a close to even stack I am way more prone to shove this.

Those short stacks however, will likely try to outlast eachother. So they're going to fold basically everything but their most premium hands meaning you have tons of fold equity against them. That is something you should take into account.

Though I would probably still fold A9o here (I would snap shove A9s), I do think it's pretty close here.

I am guessing that this is a 180 turbo and I am pretty used to playing those and I rarely ever see people blind out in turbos at the final table, sure it does happen a small % of the time BUT the situation is normally a bit different with one of the short stacks being significantly shorter than the other(s).

In my experience they are way more prone to gamble with a short stack to get back in the hunt or just go out which is why I feel your stack is to valuable to be possibly racing against QJs for which I have seen short stacks snap call of with + any pair or any 2 cards that just look good enough for them to gamble with(You do dominate some of that range of course).

More importantly for me I wanna take into account the fact that if you get called by any of the stacks that has you covered or close to same size I don't see how you can be good more than a small, small % of the time and should be dominated by everything except maybe 77-88 that makes a loose call considering the 2 short stacks.

That would also depend on your image and how loose it is, I still don't see how they would risk calling of with worse than A9 or 7s in a lot of situations.

Would appreciate others insight on this that plays the 180 turbos regularly.

P.S: Not trying to HJ the thread or anything I just find different view points interesting and the thoughts behind them.

I would push A2s+, but only ATo+. Your problem with Axo is, that you are always dominated when someone calls. If you have a suited Ace the flush possibilty gives you a few % extra. You will always have 30% equity unless you run against aces.

I would rather push a hand like T9s in this spot since you are always live and not dominated very often.
