Thanks and gratz to the britts and Londoners! Great opening; queen & Bond, Mr Bean, Abide with me, Rawlings, music, child hospital, woldemort, poppins( whoever she is) and the 7 lighting the fire. Only thing I didn't understand was the seagulls on bicycles. Anyway, wish I was there.

Mary Poppins was a story about a magical nanny. The story was set in Victorian London.
Missed the ceremonies, though. All of the streaming sites I could find were either only available to UK or blocked by my our firewall at work.
The lightning of the fire was amazing.. Other than that, too mucn Political correctness.
It was pretty impressive. I normally hate stuff like this but couldnt take my eyes away from this one. When the actual queen appeared on it i was like 
then Bond pretended to throw her out a helicopter ♦ brilliant
Rowan Atkinson is a god.
My only complaint is that glastonbury tor did not look a bit like glastonbury tor.....
