It would be terrible fold to do on turn. You still beat so much especially since this turncard didnt really changed anything.
Its actually between calling down or valueraising but if he is totally unknown its fine to just calldown,get a read and then start exploiting him in further hands. Problem with the raise is that he might 3bet and then you still know nothing since he is unknown
