I would open raise with a pp, though the SHC probably tells you to fold. Folding is better than limping from early position.

As played, calling for set value after the raise is ok, because you both have 20x the amount to call left in your stacks.

Flop: check/fold. You've missed your set. What hands do you think he is raising with that he will fold against your c/r, since you limp/called preflop? If you want to represent badly played AA, you would have to raise a lot more than this, and he may actually have an Ace, so why is he going to believe you?

Turn: Presuming you want to go on with the bluff, here you would need to bet again, at least $5, probably more, and I wouldn't recommend it. But, as played, that had to be your move. So, just play the flop check/fold.

Fold the flop. As the say goes, with small pp "no set, no bet"
