Should I fold to his raise on the flop? He had position on me so he could have just called if he was drawing for an heart.

Never fold on the flop if you have TPGK and only a few chips left. Villain could well be raising all sorts of hands here. Position matters not if there is very little betting left to be done.

If you raise preflop with AJ+ and the flop brings an ace you should play your hand as a made hand which means that you want to put all your money in as soon as possible.

In your case you should push flop after he reraised you.

Another thing, don't play SSS with more than 25BBs, because then you would need to adjust your play. I usually play only premium hands if I have double stack.
