I think you are getting too much action on these limits if you min raise from early position. People are just fishes that don't understand low effective stack sizes and will call a lot. So, I would rather make it 225-250 and raise 200 from late position, when I know I can't get many people involved. Try this to see if it increases your FE, because you definitely don't want to see a multiway pot with TT this late in the tourney.

As played- call his 100 bet and re-evaluate turn. None of them reps strength, you get insane odds.
