I must resteal ?

You don't have any FE. If you push here, you have to do it for value. It seems ok vs somebody this loose. He is also a big stack, meaning-this is another good reason for him to be on the wider range.

I sam him mr/fold to push 8BB on CO 24BB.

So is it possible for him to fold vs my resteal ?

it may be still mathematically correct to mr/f to a 8bb shove so sometimes yore gonna see good plrs doing that. Its never correct to do that 4.5bb deep but im sure youre still gonna see that from time to time from fishes. So id say altough its not very likely you may still get a fold here, i wouldnt count on it tough :)

Exactly!

For 7bb+ eff. you can still min raise-fold without making a mistake mathematically. I don't see him folding for 4bb(u posted the blind), I don't think you have FE tbh, especially because you are a small portion of his stack.
