Hi guys,
My HEM updated fine on Wednesday. Near the end of my first session with it, a notice came up saying that another database had been created and i had to delete it. Unfortunately i had to leave straight after to get my drink on. Thinking i would remember it yesterday, i ended up deleting the wrong database!!
Told this to support they said to create another database which i promptly did. Imported the hands from the archive. Thought that was it, opened some tables and played two hands. PROBLEM TIME the hands did not start to be imported ♠ and table tracker didn't update. left it and thought get some hands and sort it out tomorrow. So today i go to look at the archive and my hands from yesterday are nowhere to be found. Played some hands again today and go to manually import them however it says files imported under my username 1 of 1 but no hands etc. i go into xtml to look at the files however it come up completely blank ♠
