So I decided to start making up hands to analyze them on my free time at work.
So here is my first try.

Preflop: Hero is BB with A :diamond:, 6 :heart:. (6 handed)
3 folds, BU raises, SB folds, Hero ???

So, if I put BU on a 50% open raise that could be a lag player y get 50% equity, so I get a marginal raise and If I put BU on 40% I get 48% equity and that would be just a call.
Then if I put Bu on the extreme of a 16% OR (UTG OR range) I get 40% equity. It's funny that I get 39,75% equity against this same range with A2o so I guess you can at least call with all Ax.
So I will just call on this spot, and with A7o+ I should raise???? )(with 53% equity against a 40% range)

Flop: (4,5 SB) Q :diamond:, 7 :spade:, 7 :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero ???

Here I have 5,5:1 pot odds and I would need 1/6,5=15% to call and If I leave BU c/bet range to 30% now I have like 40% equity then I call

Turn: (3,25 BB) 4 :diamond:
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero ???

Here I have to cut BU range a lot I made up something like this
55+, A4s+, K9s+, Q9s+, T9s, A6o+, KTo+, QTo+
Against this I have a 29% equity and with pot odds of 5,25:1 = 1/6,25 =15% equity so I should still call??? or did I make some wrong assumptions?

Thanks a lot Im really trying to learn more and stop guessing or autopilot when I play.

Preflop I would never raise it.Sure your equity vs bu is quite good but its not really that important as other factors that are not in your favour...

...baby Ax really dislike being OOP is larger pots,that is because nobody likes to fold Ahigh and its quite like that you will end up there
...range of bu is filled with Ax hands and even though some of these have worse kicker its imporant to understand that difference between AJ and A6 is much muuuuuuuch bigger than difference between A6 and A2 since in second case splits are much more likely...therefore domination is another problem...

with these two arguments raising your hand is quite bad even if you maybe are slight favourite.I personally never raise from bb,not saying that its the only optimal way but if I would 3bet then I would start at least at A9,maybe even just AT+

Flop... important to realise is what type of hand you have...you have SD value hand that does not play on outs!!! That should be clear?! So... once you realise that you have to understand what SD value means! it means that if beats portion of his range and will beat it at showdown!...but showdown is still far away and there will be two more big streets!...therefore you cant just say...I have 1:5,5 and need 15% equity(that would be if you played on outs!) but you plan on going to showdown therefore you will actually be paying 2,5bb to get 4,75bb pot...therefore you need around 37% equity here(all these is also explained in diamond articles!)...like you said you have more than that as this is quite favourable flop vs bu since you beat all his Kx,J,Tx hands....so calling is fine.

Turn things change a bit...now you have to pay 2bb to get 5,25 so something like 28% is required.... harder part is to determine his range...without any reads I would say that he cbets pretty much his entire range again on board like this since we could have easily called just anything here....so with turncard being quite nice for us we will definatelly have enough equity and calling is again easy. One of the worst turncards would be K and my guess is that we should be folding in case that one comes.

River follows the same procedure...

In hands like these reads/stats are very important since you can much better estimate his range and therefore make much better decitions.
