Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: $24.40
Hero (BB): $36.72
UTG: $37.36
MP: $61.63
CO: $25.00
BTN: $11.50

SB posts SB $0.15, Hero posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.40) Hero has Q♦ A♦

fold, MP calls $0.25, fold, BTN calls $0.25, fold, Hero raises to $1.15, MP raises to $3.85, fold, Hero calls $2.70

Flop: ($8.10, 2 players) T♥ T♠ A♣
Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($8.10, 2 players) 5♥
Hero bets $4.65, MP calls $4.65

River: ($17.40, 2 players) 3♦
Hero checks, MP bets $11.25, Hero calls $11.25

This guy is a reg, and I see him do all kinds of stuff I don't get, should I have gotten away from this on the river or even better preflop?
Guess that even against these opponents I have to stick to standard play and fold my AQ preflop against a 3bet?

Regards,
Paul

Hello PaulieV,

Nah, seems to be fine. Though vs limp/raises usually we should be more towards fold but if you think he has done it a lot of times as the limp/raise then I'd also try to figure out with what he is doing that.

Vs unknown limp/raise we can very often face a strong trap-like hand.

Best Regards.
