I would lead out the flop for half the pot. This allows you to build the pot a little whilst not giving away whether you have a draw or a made hand. If you bet $2 on the flop and get 2 callers then the pot is going to be $10 on the turn. Since you started the hand with $20 you can then get stacks in by the river (with most of it going in on the turn if it blanks).

If the turn card is scary you can still get off the hand with only $2 committed. By following through on the turn with a full pot bet you also look like you're trying to buy the pot with your draw (given your flop bet was half pot), so it's possible someone with a worse hand will make a hero call or shove on you.

The problem with checking this flop is you can never get stacks in by the river if it is checked around. Also you would have to be betting full pot on the river which looks super strong so you're less likely to get paid off when ahead.

As played I think the river fold is good here, I don't see how UTG is bluffing given his passive stats. When someone bets full pot multiway, they usually have it.

well, I was basically worried about if I bet and pick up two or more callers I have no idea what to do on most of the turns, only 2,3,4,5 that are not spades and pairing cards are good. If I checkraise though, I probably isolate my self against one opponent (or take the pot down) and then I kind of know what to do, probably being sad if spade hit and semi-sad if broadway or nine hits...But I would still happily shove any 7,8 and maybe even some broadways. While if I get called by two or more I cannot bet these cards anymore I think....

Yea I'm worried about those bad cards coming on the turn too. One thing that kinda goes with what Ribbo said, is if we bet on the small side, we can rep a draw, so maybe we can get a free river card even if we bet flop... scare card turn comes and we check then other guy checks because he's worried about a check/raise. if he does bet though, we're pretty hard pressed to need to fold.

Another benefit of betting flop, is you can fold out weak draws that can beat you, and you charge other draws / potentially get raised and get to get it all in on the flop.
