I lost 250$ in 35 min playing 25nl...So i am still quite a big victim of tilt...

But i excluded myself from pokerstars for 7 days. In this way i could calm down and learn more (watch video's read a bit)...

Problem with your image link is that you paste it twice and also it seems that this is the wrong pic link?

I raise from the button, cause i like my hand IP...i don't feel like i am gone get 3 bet.

Flop: a gutter and a flush draw...so i am pretty happy about my hand... Normal Cbet

Turn: after both villains call i don't see the use in betting again on the Turn, i am never gonne be able to make them both fold...
I put them on a hand like Ax, Kx, Qx...

So i check back.

River: They both check back to me... I never expect them to have a strong hand... 2 Pair or sets would have at least shown some agression... Busted draws are just gone give up... And i don't see them call a big River bet with A8...

So i bet big on the river...I know i ain't representing anything, but they can't have anything worth calling...at least that's my assumption...

You don't have to bet big to bluff if you think they have some weak hands like low-mid pocket pairs. Like half pot or a bit less than that.

But more often then not, with 2 callers, 1 of them most prob have some random Qx or Kx that will call your bluff.

So just a smaller bluff to fold out the 2x, 8x FDs or lower PPs.

Overall, an obv fold to any river raise like you did cause of the 2pairs slowplayed stuff. Hope this helps!

Do you get the feeling, where you will be playing for 30 min be up 1.5-2 buy ins and feel like, if i play longer i will lose it back again? I don't want to play any longer, cause i don't want to lose the money i already made...

Ive got this feeling all the time...while i still play my standard game...

On the other hand, when i am losing... i will play on and on till i get my money back...Most of the time i set myself a limit of BI to lose..But from time to time it happens that ill be down 10 BI at the end of the night....

While i have never won more than 3BI at 25nl in one session...

I feel like i am not able to play for 10 hours with small breaks...

Is this strange??? How would i be able to be more relaxed and confident??

Flop: Standard Cbet... When he raises i put him on a strong hand or a bluff...more strong hands then bluffs, cause of his AF: 0.7... (no 56s though, he is to tight for that)

Turn: check the turn, cause when he has a strong hand the money will go in. If he bluffs he'll bet again to get me of my hand...
I check raise to get more money in the pot...

what do you think about:

- calling his turn bet and donking big on the River?
He might check back his overpairs, cause he has showdownvalue, but isn't to sure after me calling... If he has a set the money is going in anyway

- calling his turn bet and check/raise the river in the hope he ll bet again with a strong hand or a bluff...

Hand3: If you think he is light here you can 4bet/get it in. But 4bet bigger. I would 4bet to something like 7,50. But if you don't have any reads then I think a fold preflop is also ok. This hand plays terrible in 3bet pots oop.

This is the second part of today's session...This time i didn't play so good...

It seems to me that, when i am winning i play for a shorter time then when i am losing. It happens from time to time that ill be down 2 BI and then i am able to build it up again to a descent profit.

It sucks...i play a couple of session to make a descent win and then i lose it all in one session....

feeling a bit depressed right now...

Planning on watching the video's about leakfinders... hope this helps a bit...i am not gone play for the next 2 days....studying instead

First i lost 2BI, then i seemed to be tilted and played 4 tables of 25nl ZOOM...

Results: lost another 2BI in 5 min...
