Nice bunch of posts you got there.:) I'm gonna try see if I can give you some advice on these.

First off, don't discard the 8:s but the 8:h at the first draw, you're negative freerolling to a flush.

So I believe the question here is the riv, because up until that point it's absolutely standard.

Now you see, the problem here is that we don't know what your plan was on the river. But the fact is, you have #8 on the river if I counted correctly, so if your plan is to raise/call, he has to bet/calling roughly #23 here (that is a smooth 9), which seems just a little off to me. (Of course it will not exactly be the case, because of card removal and also his previous line, for example, I'd highly discount 86543 and stuff like these from his range.) Also, the fact he decided to c/r with a 1 card draw against your possible 1 card draw or better (that is totally bad by the way) suggests to me that he has a wheel draw more often than not, and given that you will definitely not be getting away with raise/calling this one, and also I think raise/calling is a bit iffy, just because he has such a strong range. I'd just call, but it's the top (or bottom?!) of my calling range for sure (meaning I'd valueraise around #6 or better here probably).

Just some other suggestions:

1) Use a different hand converter, that at least supports 4 color cards (handconverter.com might be good).
2) Try adding your thought process to your posts, it really matters a lot in most cases, so that people could point out the mistakes in your thought process, and not in the play.
3) Try to add reads (anything, really), they might be helpful.
