Colddown is quite safe option and always correct. The question is should i raise/cd this turn? I don't think he can have 2x beacuse he should play it a bit more agresive then just x/c donk.

I think i should be more greedy in this spot and just raise/colddown him.

Given your first EQ-Calculation you're fine with just calling down because consider the 2/3 rule. It means you loose 2 BB if behind and you just gonna win 1BB against worse hands like AT. This rule does just entirely apply if it's true that villain 3bets all his better hands and i think he'll be quite likely to 3bet the turn with each flush and 2x. So i'd set 66% and not less. I found a minor mistake in your last calculation. You have to take out all the Q♥ combos but the change won't certainly be that significant and no matter whether he defends passively or aggressively, in both cases: Calldown!

Same result. It seems as when Equilab took off Q♥ combos itself. WHat you could try is: Run this Hand against CO and MP3-Range. What changes?

Combos of 2x and low flushdraw combos change relatively and he'll have more Ax combos. So the less low suited hands and 2x s hands he defends, the more mandatory the turnraise becomes but against your range and i consider this range to be reasonable - passive approach is fine! :)
