Without reads I´d just get it all-in pf. He´d often show up with worse hands than AK.
Can´t actually see any reason betting on the turn. if you´re ahead then he has up to 6 outs. If you´re behind then he might c/r you and you ahve to fold. Just take the free card. Turn is tricky- he might show here jx or flush or aces, so folding can´t be too wrong. but tptk I´d call here- seems like he tried to make a move against you on the river.
