Hi,

If you want to play it tight then b/f would be the best play, since worse hands should not raise that flop 3-way.

Since your opponent is 33/7 then I would b/c hoping to see sometimes Qx hands that would min-raise for value and then would check it down or bet small on the turn and river. Also against JT you have 10 outs to improve
